Sales conditions

These general conditions of sale govern commercial relations of the sale of goods and services between Kosmotek Bernardo De Olivo (below Kosmotek) and customer base. We do not accept other other agreement, unless agreed in writing. Placing an order online at www.kosmotek.it / ecommerce, implies full acceptance of the conditions stated herein.

Kosmotek is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and / or indirect, arising from sale of goods and services published in the online catalog www.kosmotek.it website / ecommerce. Kosmotek is not responsible for the delayed and / or non-delivery of the product. Kosmotek is not responsible for the mismatch of the goods to the specifications published on the site. Kosmotek is not responsible for any information or reasons not attributable to Kosmotek same.

For customers residing abroad or to transact in countries other than Italy Kosmotek is not responsible for any charges or laws that may preclude the sale of the product or charge additional costs.

Kosmotek reserves the right to modify the technical information of the products at any time without prior notice or other communication. The information contained in the catalog / website, including text, photographs, graphics, illustrations and all trademarks, patents, utility models and copyrights are the property of their respective manufacturers. Uses other than the consultation and the purchase of the materials contained in the site is not permitted without the prior written consent of Kosmotek or by the holder of the rights and / or copyright.

Orders are accepted via email, fax, or via the Internet (online from the site www.kosmotek.it / ecommerce), or phone through our call center. If you order on the site generate an automatic email confirming receipt of the order. The e-mail sent automatically is not in itself a confirmation of acceptance. The orders are in fact accepted the shipment of goods.

All prices shown on the site are to be construed suggested list prices for the end user without VAT. All prices are before any discounts agreed with the customer. The prices and discounts can be changed at any time without notice. The prices of some types of products are subject to sudden changes also substantial. In case of dispute Kosmotek reserves the right to accept and ship the order. Anyway worth the price published on the site at the time of the order.

The availability of each item will be confirmed during the order confirmation. If the customer sends a payment but for any reason the goods are not delivered Kosmotek return immediately due.

The delivery will be made by the courier selected by Kosmotek approximately 48/72 hours. The amount of shipping charges will be shown during check out the order online, as well as the additional costs of collection in case of cash on delivery. Additional shipping costs for bulky or delicate goods will be highlighted in the order confirmation after the automatic.

At the time of collection of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence as indicated in the accompanying document. Ownership of the goods passes to the customer when it is entrusted to the carrier for shipment. The goods travel at the risk of the customer even when it is delivered free domicile of the customer. Kosmotek retains ownership of all goods delivered until full and final payment of the delivered goods.

Kosmotek warrants that upon delivery of the goods it has no defects or any prejudice to the origin. The purchase of equipment at Kosmotek constitutes acceptance of the warranty conditions.

The purchased goods is guaranteed under the conditions provided by the manufacturer. The client therefore accepts without reserve all modes of supply of the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty period is 12 months from receipt of goods. Prerequisite to exercise the warranty is that the defect has not been caused by misuse. Warranty claims can not be absolved by Kosmotek through the replacement of the defective product, or through replacement with similar product only if they are the same or higher, or, finally, through the repair. If this is not possible Kosmotek may terminate the purchase contract and repay in full the price paid for the product by the customer.

Any errors or omissions of material shipments must be reported in writing. While the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight calendar days of receipt. Any faults arising from shipping damage must be reported in writing by registered mail the carrier and copied to Kosmotek detailing the damage found and adding the word reserve detailed on the delivery of the courier. Each alert over these terms will not be taken into account.

The goods purchased must be paid by:

- Paypal / Credit Card

- Bank transfer in advance

- COD (cash only) for delivery orders with a value of less than € 500.00

Any other form of payment must be agreed in writing with Kosmotek. Kosmotek in any case reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after receiving the order, for those customers who are "out of trust" or "outstanding" or a "litigation is still open."

Kosmotek reserves, where he deems it appropriate, to ship the goods only after payment.

The customer - in the case in which the order relates to the execution of an order subject to the scope of the L. n. 136/2010, shall comply with all the provisions of that law. The customer must pay for the goods exclusively by bank transfer and / or with appropriate tools to ensure full traceability of the operation.

You will be able to exercise the right of withdrawal no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Kosmotek reserves the right to accept the return, in particular in the event that the goods have been specifically ordered to any outside vendors. The returned merchandise must be requested in writing as reported in Section 13. They should be informed about the reasons for the return and reference purchase of the goods. The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition, complete with all accessories in original packaging and shipped prepaid to: Kosmotek Bernardo De Olivo, Via del Lavoro 37, 3080 Roveredo PN

The customer is aware that "personal data" www.kosmotek.it communicated or register on the site, will be subject to the processing of personal data as laid down in D. Decree no. 196/2003.

For any dispute that may arise will be the competent court of Pordenone.

For any communication with Kosmotek related to payments, claims or otherwise, regarding orders, it is necessary to state the order number and customer number shown on the invoice and delivery note.
